After two hours of jogging, Beat Knechtle is only slowly warming up.

The endurance athlete and doctor from Eastern Switzerland takes part in the toughest long-distance competitions in the world on foot, by bike and by swimming and is the first person in the world to have completed more than 300 Ironman distances in competition.
