The aim of this chapter was to review the results of 29 studies published between 2009 and April 2018 and deal with the effects of intellectual exhaustion on the sports performance.All studies taken together seems that mental fatigue affects endurance, motorized and decision ability.However, maximum force production is not reduced in mental fatigue. These observations suggest that spiritual fatigue affects the sports-related performance in stress with submaximal intensity and not for loads with maximum and supramaximal intensity.
